Cancellation Fee: $25

60+ Days Notice: Full deposit refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee

30-60 Day Notice: 50% of our deposit will be refunded

Less than 30 Days: Deposit is non-refundable

Dump Fee, Non-Guest: $20

Locksite Fee: $50

Late Fee: $30

Returned Check: $35

Application Fee: $25/ Per Person

Storage: $85 + tax

Replace Mailbox Key Fee: $25

No refunds for early departures – Rates are subject to change

Unless a lock site fee is paid, management reserves the right to shift reserved sites. 

All guests and visitors must be pre-registered.
